Cheese season

It's a 20 litre white plastic bucket..... insignificant to most but when I got it out and cleaned it the other day there was much excitement in our house.....
"Are you going to make cheese"..... "Can you make it today?"

Oh yes that insignificant white plastic bucket holds a promise of many delicacies.
Last summer we experimented with a few different types of cheeses , some with great success... and so with the memories still so fresh....and a new book in hand (a fabulous gift from some very special friends of ours) I revised the cheese making process ... and set to it...


























Now just the waiting....... (for the cheese to cure)
