Hockey

Kurt declared to me this morning that he is going to make it to the next Olympic games in Rio, as an athlete. Big ambitions our boy !!! He's been so inspired by watching the games on TV.
He thinks maybe he'll try rowing or hockey, but later decided that hockey would be more realistic, as he's not  old enough to row yet(he's eight at the moment), but he could definately start training for hockey.

"Could you buy me a hockey stick?" He asks....
"Not today" was my diplomatic answer.
"Tomorrow?"
"Hmmmmmm" the noncommital reply came


That afternoon... Kurt emerged from 'the shed' with two masterpieces that he had created himself...he had an eager trialist in Anton..... and it was game on.....
