Big storms late last week down here in the south island have brought cold cold cold weather. Our fire is working over time.. and all our warm warm clothes are being layered up.
Big storms bring big seas and the coastline is very very wild right now. The surfers around here are very excited, Rob was out for a few hours yesterday, playing in and battling the craziness...
Then we decided to go down to the Wairau bar to marvel at nature's power and explore the coastline, because big storms bring lots and lots of treasures way up onto the beach......and the first day of sunshine for a few days brought beautiful beautiful light......
Great to play with the light and my new lens.... I have more photo's to sift through, just wish I had more time to sit down and work through them......
